We have simplified the Fault Reporting Procedure in order to make sure that we Attend to, and Fix, each and every problem within the shortest amount of time. We understand that having your DSTV or Aerial signal go down can be very frustrating and rather annoying! With our new SMS Fault Reporting Procedure and Fault Reporting Form below, we hope to minimize that frustration to some degree by making sure that you don’t get left behind because we were unable to take your call! With the Lightning season almost in full force, our phones are ringing off the hook with various problems and we would hate to miss your call.

If you would like to report a DSTV or Aerial problem that you are currently experiencing, then kindly choose one of the following options below:

SMS your Fault to 083 445 1263

Kindly SMS us your Fault in the following format: Your Name, Complex Name and Unit Number, Brief description of Fault (eg. ‘No DSTV’ or ‘Missing Channels’ etc).

Alternatively, you can fill in the Fault Reporting Form below and we will contact you back with a Fault Logged response and also a Fault Fixed response (once the Fault is Fixed!).
